Questions about the first image: What is the setting and subject/action in the photo? The subject is a a person who is taking something out of a candy wrapper.
Describe the composition and lighting in the shot. The hands are off to the sides of the image with what they are holding in the center of the image. The words remote is smaller while the word control is much larger. The lighting seems to be coming from directly ahead because of the shadow on the background.
What social or cultural issue, or historical event does the photo shed light on? The social issue that the photo shed light on is how society control us with things that don’t seem too serious. Also how society is able to get people to think a certain way or be a certain way.
What idea does the photo visually communicate ? The photo visually communicates how society or the government is able to control the masses however they want. They can do this but we don’t have to know about it.
